AE 324b - worshipping the Lord

AE 324b [6]
(from Leviticus 10:1-5)
"their murmuring against Moses and Aaron"
signified the profanation of the good of celestial love;
for "Moses" and "Aaron" represented the Lord;
and "to murmur" (that is, to rebel) against the Lord
and at the same time to perform holy offices,
is profanation....

AE 324b [7]
(from Leviticus 24:7)
... all worship of the Lord which is truly worship
comes from celestial good through spiritual good;
for spiritual good,
which is charity towards the neighbor,
is an effect of celestial good,
for charity towards the neighbor is the performance of uses,
and living a moral life from a heavenly origin.
