. . . truths from the Word
are to be fitted together into doctrine so as to serve for use,
which is done by those who are in enlightenment from the Lord;
and those who are in enlightenment when they read the Word,
are in the affection of truth for the sake of truth,
and for the sake of the good of life,
and not those who seek it
for the sake of self-glory, reputation, or profit, as ends.
