Marriage (De Conjugio) 58
Concerning the love of commanding in marriages,
that it takes away all love truly conjugial,
since conjugial love is such that the one wills to think and will as the other,
and thus mutually and reciprocally, so neither one commands,
but the Lord; thence is the delight of conjugial love.
