The Canons of the New Church - God, Section VI
In the beginning was the Word,
and the Word was with God,
and God was the Word.
All things were made by Him -
and the world was made by Him. (John 1:1,3,10)
By "God" is there meant the Divine Good of Love;
and by the Word, which also was God, the Divine Truth of Wisdom.

This work is an outline, with some depth to it. So far, fairly easy, and certainly a good resource to use if you want a summary that highlights the important things we can understand and know about the Lord
