What a challenge this is! And yet how vital. We tend to see everything from our own point of view, but here the Lord asks us to step outside of our personal concerns, perhaps especially our concerns for "reputation, honour and gain," and see from the Lord's point of view, which of course is that He loves every single person, thinks the best and wishes only the best for him or her. AC 2023 comes to mind. Thanks for sharing this one portion of a sentence from AE.
