AC 3975

For whom I have served you.
(Genesis 30:26)

That this means from His own power,
is evident from the meaning of "serving,"
as being labor and study,
and which when predicated of the Lord,
means His own power;
for from His own power
the Lord procured for Himself
Divine goods and Divine truths,
and made His Human Divine.
