The natural self, which is also the outer self,
is purified when it refrains from the evils
which the spiritual or inner self
sees to be evils
and ones to be shunned.
AR 49 [7]
. . . the Lord came into the world
to fulfill everything in the Word
and to become thereby
an embodiment of the Word,
even in its outmost expressions.
