which appears in a manner holy,
but who are not in internal worship;
and who readily learn as being goods and truths
the things that belong to external worship,
but reject and despise those of internal worship
Such worship and such religion
fall to the lot of those
who are in natural good,
but despise others in comparison with themselves.
