SDm 4599 - life

SDm 4599
There were some who had general affection,
and, since there was not in it anything of detail,
they took away the life of the body . . .
or induced lassitude of mind,
with lassitude of the body . . .
and a certain indigestion in the stomach;
for the reason that there is little vitality in such general affection.
Life itself consists in the intelligence and wisdom of truth;
and, if this is absent,
there is little vitality, or there is lassitude.
