That "rain" in the Word does not mean rain,
but the inflowing Divine,
which causes intelligence and wisdom,
and also the good of love and the truth of faith in man,
to grow and become fruitful....
...for as the grass and herb of the field grow
from the waters of the rain and dew,
so do intelligence and wisdom
by the influx of Divine truth from the Lord.
